At Eventide, we stand behind the precision of our electronics and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all high-performance gear. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories to ensure a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Eventide account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure the Hardware
Place the electronic device in its original factory box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective foam inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
